3. Services

3.1 Training Sessions

Our instructor-led and virtual workshops are designed to enhance your organization’s security posture through hands-on exercises and expert guidance.

3.2 Cancellations and Scheduling

Clients may cancel a scheduled session up to 7 days before the start date for a full refund. Cancellations made fewer than 7 days in advance incur a fee equal to 50% of the session fee. Sessions may be rescheduled without charge if notice is provided at least 3 days before the original date.

3.3 Refund Policy for Training

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our support team. Approved refunds are processed via the original payment instrument within 15 days of approval. Sessions explicitly marked as non-refundable at purchase are not eligible for a refund due to resource allocation and instructor commitments.

4. Digital Products

NetShielderra offers downloadable guides, recorded courses, and learning modules.

4.1 Eligibility for Refund

Clients may request a refund within 14 days of purchase provided that access to the digital content does not exceed 20%. Requests beyond this period or content use above the threshold are not eligible.

4.2 Refund Process for Digital Products

5. Physical Goods

We supply security hardware and printed materials through authorized delivery services.

5.1 Eligibility for Refund

Unopened items may be sent back within 30 days of delivery. The packaging must be intact and in original condition.

5.2 Shipping and Handling

Clients are responsible for shipping costs unless the product is defective or shipped in error. Eligible refunds are issued via the original payment instrument within 15 days of receipt and inspection of the goods.

6. Amendments

NetShielderra may revise these terms at any time. Updates will be posted online, and material changes will be communicated by email.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland without regard to conflict of law provisions.
